I believe the yoga postures (asanas) are a gateway to bringing the mind into calm awareness. Classes weave together the asanas with breathing techniques called pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom.

The 3 Pillars of my teaching are:

  • Listen to the Wisdom of your body
  • Breathe Deep. Let the breath guide you into expanding, releasing, feeling, and staying present. The awareness of breath in the postures is what links the mind and body.
  • Have fun. Enjoy being embodied. Stay sensual. Experience the breath in the shape as you open and clean the channels of the body.
