She brings extensive experience as a professional dancer into a flowing practice that weaves together asanas, meditation, pranayama and Ayurvedic wisdom.
Her interest in Ayurveda began through her own journey to health using Ayurvedic principles. This process affirmed her belief that true healing comes from increased awareness and the guidance of Nature, which brings our mind and body into balance. Her intention is to offer insight, support and tools for each individual to discover their own power to heal. Her love for Ayurveda is grounded in its spiritual roots, ultimately offering a pathway for liberation and the full expression of our beings.
My Intention:
Recently a friend asked me, “are fermented products good for you?” I couldnt simply answer yes or no, because in Ayurveda the answer is usually, “it depends.”
It would depend upon their constitution, their current state of health and even the season.
My intention as a practitioner is to create an ongoing relationship with you that is educational and enlightening in nature. My vision is that you learn more and more about your nature/constitution, the daily rhythms and how to tune up with them, and how to bring yourself into balance. The goal is that you become empowered to understand and care for yourself deeply.
I will guide you and offer wise and practical tools from Ayurveda’s treasure chest. These tools and practices can help you garner more vitality, a stronger immunity and real healing. While, ultimately this healing is up to you, I will support you on this path and strive to create the optimal conditions for healing to occur.
